Wedding and Anniversary Cakes
A choice of fruit cake or sponge cake is available. I use a boiled fruit recipe, which can be moistened with alcohol or without, depending on your choice. A layer of marzipan and fondant make up the covering.
Sponge cakes can be vanilla, chocolate or lemon flavoured and are covered with a layer of buttercream icing before a layer of fondant.
Celebration Cakes
Whatever the occasion: Christenings, Birthday, Retirement, Wedding Anniversary, even St Patrick or St Valentine's Day. Christmas, Easter - the perfect cake can be created to complement your celebration.
The cake will be designed from your suggestions or ideas, to make it a truly unique delicious addition to the occasion.
All flowers/decorations are hand-made in sugar paste and can be matched to any colour scheme or theme.

Beautiful cakes for your child's Christening, Holy Communion, Naming Day, Baptism
ceremony. I also make cakes to celebrate a special Baby Shower and Gender Reveal Parties.
Cupcakes
I supply cupcakes in many different sponge flavours : vanilla, chocolate and lemon, iced with corresponding flavour buttercream icing, as well as red velvet cake and carrot cake. These last two are frosted with cream cheese icing. I also have developed 2 new flavours: Lime and Coconut and Pecan/Maple/Caramel. However if you have a particular request eg. black forest cupcakes, I would be happy to discuss. Cupcakes are supplied in multiples of 6. They come boxed in sturdy white cupcake boxes with a clear perspex window and tied with a pretty "Sweet Tracey Cakes" ribbon.
