Wedding Cakes.

Ideally Wedding Cakes need to be booked at least 6-8 months in advance. However during peak times they may need to be booked upto 12 months in advance, as these dates can fill up very quickly.

 

A deposit of £70 is all that is required to secure your booking or date.  Your wedding cake design, colour scheme, style and flowers can be confirmed nearer to your wedding date if you so wish.

Wedding Cake Bookings made within 3 months of your date require a 50% deposit.

Unfortunately a booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. BACS payments need to be received within 7 days of a provisional booking.  



A confirmation receipt will then be emailed to you.

Any balance is due on all wedding cakes on the 1st day of the month the wedding takes place.

 

Wedding Cake Price Structure

 

Your Wedding Cake is a once in a lifetime purchase and should you choose Sweet Tracey Cakes as your supplier, I only have one chance to get it right!  I take the responsibility of making and delivering a very high standard of product and service very seriously, and would never consider compromising on any of the points outlined below. 

 

Wedding cake prices include:

 

• Cake consultation meeting with the bride and groom.  Any other family members/bridesmaids/friends, welcome.

   

• Cake tasting session.  Up to 4 different cake flavours and fillings provided as cupcakes for you to taste.

   

• Where necessary, specialised colouring of ingredients to match wedding colour requirements.

   

• A beautiful, bespoke baked creation that will taste as good as it looks.

   

• All telephone, email liaison with the wedding/event Co-ordinator at your venue.

   

• Personal delivery of the cake to your wedding venue on the date required. BS postcodes only.

   

• Set up of the main Wedding cake and/or any cupcakes displayed on cupcake stands. Any additional supplied decorations/ confetti you may want sprinkled onto the table and around the cake.

   

• Hire of cupcake stand or any other equipment required to display your cake.

   

• Collection of the equipment on the following day from the venue.

   

Sometimes, not all of these points will pertain to your order and will therefore be reflected in my quotation.

 

I do not accept payment on delivery of any cake. The reason for this is, once you arrive at your party, your guests are your priority and the last thing you want to be doing is sorting out payments.  

 

Delivery and set-up where possible can be available to any BS postcode (Bristol, England) - subject to availability.

I do reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. 

Customers undertaking delivery of their own wedding cakes are solely responsible for the safe delivery of the wedding cake from my address to the wedding venue.  In these circumstances, I am not responsible for any damage to the cake incurred during transportation.

Celebration Cakes and Cupcakes

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, the balance to be paid in cash on collection, Cheques only by prior arrangement.  These can be collected from Stoke Gifford, Bristol.

 

Collection Times and Deliveries

 

Collection Monday - Friday .......... 3pm to 6pm only

Collection Saturday ...............      9am to 10am only

Collection Sunday .................      9am to 10am only                               

 

I do not deliver Celebration Cakes or Cupcakes (unless by prior arrangement and payment in full has been received).  

I only deliver to BS postcodes and a delivery charge will be applicable.
